As the creative director, Katlyn will thoughtfully advise and guide you through the Pre-Construction phase in preparation for the Website Design and Build phase. Every website is built with SEO in mind and responsively designed to look and function beautifully on every screen.

Our specialized studio takes on a selective number of projects every year. We typically book website projects about 3 months in advance, which gives us ample time to build the essential pillars of your foundation. From your visual branding to your messaging and brand positioning, we’ll guide you through our Pre-Construction phase, which typically takes around 8 weeks.

With a solid foundation in place, we can confidently begin the Website Design & Build phase. Since we build and design simultaneously, we can use our momentum to build your launch-ready website in about 4-8 weeks.

Much like the custom homes you build, every project requires a different scope and thus, a different level of investment. By personalizing your proposal, we ensure your top business goals are reflected, creating the most streamlined path toward website success. 

We value transparency in the proposal process. For budgeting purposes, our fully custom website design projects are typically between $15,000 - $25,000 due to the high-level strategy, time, and attention our team provides.

Yes, we understand that cash flow can be a major factor to consider in the home building industry. We offer flexible payment plans to make it easier to manage your investment.

Payments are broken into four parts by default:

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking and begin the design process.

• The remaining 75% is split up between the months we work together, with the final payment due upon project completion.

We also offer more flexible payment plan options if needed, which we can discuss in our consultation call.

Copywriting is available as an add-on service. We work with a team of StoryBrand Certified Guides who specialize in creating compelling messaging that connects with your ideal clients.

This service includes a comprehensive messaging strategy plus website copy for up to 5 pages, with investment starting at $5,000. This ensures your new website not only looks exceptional but also speaks directly to luxury homeowners and motivates them to take action. If you prefer to write your own copy, we provide guidance and tools to help you compile effective messaging, so you're not navigating the process alone.
