Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you purchase a template from us, you will get instant access to all of the tutorials to help you prepare for your website build and learn all about Squarespace.

    Within 48 hours of purchase we will send you an invitation to accept your new template. When you accept, the template will come as a new website with a 6 month free trial.

  • You can have more than one website within a Squarespace account, so if you already have an existing site on Squarespace, the template will come in as a new website and be separate from your existing site. You will then have 2 websites in your dashboard.

    You will need to transfer any existing website content you want manually into the new template.

  • I work almost exclusively on Squarespace. If you have any questions about Squarespace as a platform or if it’s a good fit for your business, I’m happy to chat about it!

  • We’ve worked really hard on our templates to make sure they’re easy to DIY and have provided lots of guides to customize it yourself.

    But if you love our template and would rather have us restyle it, we can do that! We'll change the colors, graphics, fonts, and images for your brand in just 5 days. The one element that will stay consistent to the template is the layout.

    Pricing for this service is $5,000 (in addition to the purchase of the template).

  • With your template you will receive a 6 month free trial so you have lots of time to edit! When you’re ready to launch, you will need to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan. You can view the plan pricing here.

    You will also need a Domain (URL). If it’s your first year using Squarespace, you may qualify for a free custom domain when you sign up for an annual billing cycle. More info on that can be found here.

  • You will never be required to use any code to build your site. All of our templates use DIY-friendly features and you won't need to code anything!

    You are welcome to add any coded features of your own, but we recommend only doing so if you have some coding knowledge. Some coding changes will conflict with your site’s underlying code, and you may have difficulty styling these changes.

  • Yes! Our Squarespace templates are made in version 7.1 and have a separate mobile editor, meaning that the template comes with a completely custom mobile design, and you have full control over it.

  • One of the reasons we use Squarespace for our templates and even our fully custom projects, is that it’s SUPER easy to use.

    When you purchase a template you will also get access to in-depth video walkthroughs walking you through how to edit every page and use Squarespace confidently.

  • Yes! Squarespace is amazing for blogging and really simple to add on. Every Squarespace site comes with a built-in Blog at no additional fee.

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, they are non-refundable, so please make sure you read all of the product details before you purchase, and reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
