THE COMPANY
Lighthaus Built is a custom home building and renovation company in Toronto, Ontario started by Dave Cook and John Maher.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Dave and John started their own company and hit the ground running. Thanks to their resputation and extensive industry connections, they were able to stay busy their first two years in business.
But they knew if they wanted to keep their growth sustainable, they needed to invest in their online marketing…
How it all started…
Dave and John were referred to me by their friend and remodeling industry business coach, Bryan Kaplan.
During our initial call, I was pleasantly surprised to hear how intentional they were about the messaging behind their brand. It was of the utmost importance to them to give prospective clients a clear picture of what made them different from other builders in their area.
While they knew who they were as an organization, they struggled with being able to communicate that to their ideal clients.
With my content collection tool and StoryBrand help from Bryan, we were able to craft the Lighthaus Built messaging into one that connected with both clients and referral partners in the industry.
